STORE POLICY

All orders placed are shipped from the UK and we ship worldwide.

Shipping is sent Royal Mail Second Class nationally and International Standard for global orders. Tracking is not available.

For national orders, you should expect to receive your products within 2- 5 working days after dispatch.

For international orders, you should expect to receive your products within 7 - 10 working days after dispatch for Europe.  For the rest of the world, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months (I'm sorry in advance if it's the latter :')  I have no control of the timings.)

Please be aware, that in the UK, Royal Mail is frequently on strike and this can affect the time frames above.

For international orders, please note that I have no control on any taxes and customs fees that apply to your country.

Shipping costs at checkout will automatically update once your address has been inputted.

Shirts are dispatched by a print on demand service and are completely out of my control.  If you do have any problems with your shirt, please send me an email!

INFORMATION ON REFUNDS AND RETURNS:--Refunds are only available on lost or damaged orders. Please get in touch via email at artbysmason@gmail.com if there has been a problem with your order.

If your order is damaged or lost, I will either offer a refund (excluding shipping) or send out a new order to you free of charge.

Please allow six weeks before contacting me on a lost order for UK and EU -- and 10 weeks for the rest of the world. Some orders may take a while due to our country’s delivery service being frequently on strike. Any delayed shipments that are a direct consequence of this are out of my control and I ask for your patience during these times. If there is an ongoing strike, the store will be updated with the appropriate information, however this can happen at any given time and you can check via the Royal Mail website for updates regarding the strike for better work environments and pay for the employees of Royal Mail.
